Hello, I'm Alena.
I am a certified Ayurvedic health consultant & cook – I have been practicing Ayurveda for over 7 years.
Before Ayurveda became part of my life, I searched everywhere for answers: I tried extreme fasting regimes, constantly switching between contradictory dietary trends – hoping to finally feel lighter and healthier. What I didn't realize was that many of these things were throwing my body even further out of balance.
I thought my bloating was a kind of "sensitivity," without realizing how much my hectic daily routine, constant changes, and lack of routine were throwing my entire system—including my nervous system—off track.
It was only through Ayurveda that I learned to find my center again. Not only did my digestion calm down—I began to move in rhythm with natural cycles. I realized how much healing power lies in simple things: regular eating, rest, and connection with nature.
Today I know how to understand my body and support it lovingly – and that is exactly what I want to pass on.
