Embrace the winter cocoon and honour the season inside and out.
In these 3 weeks we will dive deeper into embodying yin, why slowing down is so important and how to create space for it in your life. The sessions include guided meditations, mindfulness of body and breath, Ayurvedic guidance, self-inquiry and journaling. You are invited to intentionally use this comittment towards yourself and to set intentions for each week.
